{"data":{"id":"us-mt/30-23-106","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"30-23-106","heading":"Enforcement.","body":"(1) The attorney general has the sole authority to enforce this part.\n(2) The attorney general may initiate a civil enforcement action against a person for violation of this part.\n(3) In an action to enforce this part, the attorney general may recover:\n(a) actual damages to the consumer;\n(b) costs;\n(c) reasonable attorney fees; and\n(d) $2,500 for each violation of 30-23-104.","path":["TITLE 30.
