{"data":{"id":"us-mt/30-24-108","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"30-24-108","heading":"Transition from foreign entity to Montana entity for network token issuers.","body":"A foreign corporation that has previously issued network tokens may be granted an exemption under 30-10-105 if, prior to the offer or sale of tokens, the foreign corporation completes the following:\n(1) registers with the secretary of state as provided in 35-2-820 through 35-2-830;\n(2) meets all obligations under 30-24-107;\n(3) provides the commissioner with all relevant governing documents related to incorporation in the foreign corporation's country;\n(4) provides proof that the foreign corporation is not under investigation for securities fraud or has not been convicted of securities fraud in any other jurisdiction; and\n(5) provides other information the commissioner considers relevant to the exemption request.","path":["TITLE 30.
