{"data":{"id":"us-mt/30-9a-623","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"30-9A-623","heading":"Right to redeem collateral.","body":"(1) A debtor, any secondary obligor, or any other secured party or lienholder may redeem collateral.\n(2) To redeem collateral, a person shall tender:\n(a) fulfillment of all obligations secured by the collateral; and\n(b) the reasonable expenses and attorneys fees described in 30-9A-615(1)(a).\n(3) A redemption may occur at any time before a secured party:\n(a) has collected collateral under 30-9A-607;\n(b) has disposed of collateral or entered into a contract for its disposition under 30-9A-610; or\n(c) has accepted collateral in full or partial satisfaction of the obligation it secures under 30-9A-622.","path":["TITLE 30.
