{"data":{"id":"us-mt/31-1-711","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"31-1-711","heading":"Examinations -- fee.","body":"(1) The department may conduct an examination of each licensee's deferred deposit lending operation to ensure that the licensee is in compliance with the provisions of this part.\n(2) (a) A licensee shall pay the department a fee in the amount of $37.50 an hour for each examiner required to conduct an examination.\n(b) The department may charge a licensee for no more than three examinations a year under this section.\n(3) A licensee shall make available to a department examiner the information required under 31-1-714 or as required by rule.","path":["TITLE 31.
