{"data":{"id":"us-mt/31-2-223","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"31-2-223","heading":"Duties of assignee.","body":"It shall be the duty of the assignee to:\n(1) collect and reduce to money the property of the estate and close up the estate as expeditiously as possible;\n(2) sell the property of the estate as soon as practicable and sell the accounts and bills receivable when deemed advisable;\n(3) furnish such information concerning the estate as may be requested by parties in interest;\n(4) keep regular accounts and pay dividends as often as is compatible with the best interests of the estate;\n(5) file a final report and account at least 10 days before the hearing thereon.","path":["TITLE 31.
