{"data":{"id":"us-mt/32-1-901","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"32-1-901","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For purposes of this part, the following definitions shall apply:\n(1) \"Board member\" means a member of the board of directors of the institution.\n(2) \"Cease and desist order which has become final\" and \"order which has become final\" mean a cease and desist order or an order issued by the director with the consent of the institution or the board member, officer, or other person concerned, with respect to which:\n(a) a timely petition for review of the action of the director has not been filed in a district court as specified in 32-1-908(2); or\n(b) the action of the court in which a petition for review has been filed is not subject to further review by the courts of the state.\n(3) \"Director\" means the director of the department of administration.\n(4) \"Institution\" means a commercial bank, savings bank, trust company, or investment company chartered under Title 32, chapter 1.\n(5) \"Violation\" includes without limitation any action, alone or with others, causing, counseling, aiding, or abetting a violation.","path":["TITLE 32.
