Sections 33-1-221 through 33-1-229 may not be construed to mean that the kinds of risks and coverages described herein are solely marine, inland marine, or transportation insurance in all instances.\n(2) Sections 33-1-221 through 33-1-229 may not be construed to restrict or limit in any way the exercise of any insuring powers granted under charters and licenses whether used separately, in combination, or otherwise.","path":["TITLE 33.
