{"data":{"id":"us-mt/33-15-336","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"33-15-336","heading":"Applicability.","body":"(1) Other statutes of this state setting simplification standards for language or format do not apply to property and casualty policies.\n(2) Sections 33-15-333 through 33-15-340 do not apply to policies in manuscript form or to the following kinds of insurance:\n(a) ocean marine;\n(b) surety and financial institution bonds;\n(c) reinsurance; or\n(d) commercial lines policies, including but not limited to commercial aviation.\n(3) A non-English policy is considered in compliance with 33-15-337 if it was translated from an English policy that complies with 33-15-337.","path":["TITLE 33.
