{"data":{"id":"us-mt/33-16-223","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"33-16-223","heading":"Effective period of reduction.","body":"(1) The premium reduction required by 33-16-222 is effective for an insured for a 3-year period after successful completion of the approved course. Each person shall take an approved course every 3 years in order to continue to be eligible for the reduction in premium required by 33-16-222.\n(2) An insurer may require, as a condition of maintaining the discount, any or all of the following:\n(a) that the insured not be involved in an accident in which the insured is at fault;\n(b) that the insured not be convicted of or plead guilty or nolo contendere to a moving traffic violation; or\n(c) that the insured not have forfeited bail or collateral for a moving traffic violation.","path":["TITLE 33.
