{"data":{"id":"us-mt/33-17-244","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"33-17-244","heading":"Lists of certified producers and navigators.","body":"(1) An exchange operating in this state shall maintain a current list of both of the following:\n(a) licensed insurance producers that have met all of the producer exchange training and certification program requirements necessary to sell insurance through an exchange, as provided in 33-17-243; and\n(b) individuals or entities that have met all the requirements to be certified by the commissioner as navigators.\n(2) Upon request, the commissioner shall make available a list of insurance producers that are certified to sell a health benefit plan through an exchange and are operating near the requester's address.
