{"data":{"id":"us-mt/33-4-314","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"33-4-314","heading":"Annual statement -- exclusive report -- penalty for failure to file.","body":"(1) A report, statement, or return of any nature may not be required of any farm mutual insurer other than those required by 33-4-313.\n(2) The commissioner may:\n(a) suspend or revoke the certificate of authority of any insurer failing to file its annual statement as required; or\n(b) impose a fine of up to $100 a day for each day that an insurer is late in filing its annual statement, with the aggregate penalty not to exceed $1,000.","path":["TITLE 33.
