{"data":{"id":"us-mt/35-12-603","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"35-12-603","heading":"Statement of cancellation.","body":"(1) A dissolved limited partnership that has completed winding up may deliver to the secretary of state for filing a statement of cancellation that states:\n(a) the name of the limited partnership;\n(b) the date of filing of its certificate of limited partnership; and\n(c) the reason for filing the certificate of cancellation;\n(d) any other information determined by the general partners filing the statement or by a person appointed pursuant to 35-12-1205(3) or (4).\n(2) Cancellation is effective upon filing with the secretary of state.","path":["TITLE 35.
