{"data":{"id":"us-mt/35-12-612","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"35-12-612","heading":"Filing of application for renewal of certification -- issuance of certificate.","body":"(1) If the secretary of state finds that the application for renewal of certification of a limited partnership complies with the provisions of this part, the secretary of state shall, when all fees have been paid as provided by rule:\n(a) endorse on the application the word \"filed\" and the month, day, and year of filing;\n(b) file the original; and\n(c) issue a certification letter.\n(2) The secretary of state shall return to the general partner or partners submitting the application the certification letter.","path":["TITLE 35.
