{"data":{"id":"us-mt/35-17-103","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"35-17-103","heading":"Definitions -- associations as for-profit or not-for-profit entities.","body":"(1) The term \"agricultural products\" includes horticultural, viticultural, forestry, dairy, livestock, poultry, bee, and any farm products.\n(2) The term \"association\" means any corporation organized under this chapter to include an out-of-state entity if it is authorized to transact business in the state that otherwise complies with the requirements of this chapter.\n(3) The term \"member\" means a person who has been qualified and accepted for membership in an association.\n(4) The term \"out-of-state\", with respect to an entity under this chapter, means an entity governed by the law of a jurisdiction other than this state, including a federally recognized Indian tribe.\n(5) The term \"person\" includes individuals, firms, partnerships, corporations, and associations.\n(6) Associations organized under this chapter may be for-profit or not-for-profit.","path":["TITLE 35.
