{"data":{"id":"us-mt/35-18-502","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"35-18-502","heading":"Fees to be charged by secretary of state.","body":"(1) The secretary of state shall charge and collect a fee for each of the following:\n(a) filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation;\n(b) filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment;\n(c) filing articles of consolidation or merger and issuing a certificate of consolidation or merger;\n(d) filing articles of conversion and issuing a certificate of conversion;\n(e) filing a certificate of election to dissolve and issuing a certificate of election to dissolve;\n(f) filing articles of dissolution and issuing a certificate of dissolution; and\n(g) filing a certificate of change of principal office and issuing a certificate of change of principal office.\n(2) Fees pursuant to this section must be set and deposited in accordance with 2-15-405.","path":["TITLE 35.
