{"data":{"id":"us-mt/35-2-1003","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"35-2-1003","heading":"Fees for filing, copying, and services.","body":"(1) The secretary of state shall establish fees for the following:\n(a) filing documents and issuing certificates as required by this chapter; and\n(b) copying documents, priority handling, transmitting or filing facsimile copies, and providing computer-generated information.\n(2) The fees authorized in this section must be set and deposited in accordance with 2-15-405.","path":["TITLE 35.
