{"data":{"id":"us-mt/35-20-214","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"35-20-214","heading":"Use of proceeds from sale of lots.","body":"The proceeds arising from the sale of lots in such cemetery shall be applied to the payment of any debts incurred by the cemetery association in:\n(1) the purchase of cemetery grounds and property;\n(2) fencing, improving, and embellishing such grounds and avenues leading thereto;\n(3) the erection, conduct, repair, or preservation of any structure to be used as a crematory or the creation, maintenance, and operation of a department for the interment of the dead and in defraying the necessary expenses in the management and care thereof and for no other purposes.","path":["TITLE 35.
