{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-1-107","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-1-107","heading":"Joint meetings -- department duties.","body":"(1) The department shall convene a joint meeting once every 2 years of two or more boards that:\n(a) have licensees with dual licensure in related professions or occupations;\n(b) have licensees licensed by another board in a related profession or with similar scopes of practice, including but not limited to:\n(i) health care boards;\n(ii) mental health care boards;\n(iii) design boards;\n(iv) therapeutic boards; or\n(v) technical boards; or\n(c) have issues of joint concern or related jurisdiction with each other.\n(2) A quorum is not required for the joint meeting.
