{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-11-303","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-11-303","heading":"Qualifications of applicants for license.","body":"(1) To be eligible for a license as a physical therapist, an applicant must:\n(a) be of good moral character and at least 18 years of age;\n(b) have graduated from an accredited school of physical therapy approved by the board; and\n(c) pass to the satisfaction of the board a written or computerized examination prescribed by the board.\n(2) To be eligible for a physical therapist assistant license, an applicant must:\n(a) be of good moral character and at least 18 years of age;\n(b) have graduated from an accredited physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the board; and\n(c) have passed a written or computerized examination prescribed by the board.","path":["TITLE 37.
