{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-14-302","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-14-302","heading":"Qualifications.","body":"(1) Each applicant for licensure as a radiologic technologist shall have satisfactorily completed a 24-month course of study in radiologic technology approved by the board.\n(2) Each applicant for licensure as a radiologic technologist shall:\n(a) be of good moral character;\n(b) be at least 18 years of age; and\n(c) not be addicted to intemperate use of alcohol or narcotic drugs.","path":["TITLE 37.
