{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-16-411","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-16-411","heading":"Revocation or suspension of license -- investigations -- fines.","body":"(1) The department may, at its discretion or upon written complaint of an aggrieved person, investigate an alleged violation of this chapter by a licensee or applicant for licensure. If the investigation discloses a probable violation of this chapter or department rules, the department may institute a proceeding pursuant to the provisions of 37-1-403.\n(2) A licensee or license applicant may be sanctioned as provided in 37-1-406 for unprofessional conduct defined in 37-1-410 or department administrative rules.","path":["TITLE 37.
