{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-18-803","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-18-803","heading":"Veterinary retail facility -- license required.","body":"(1) A person, partnership, association, corporation, or limited liability company may not open, establish, operate, maintain, or do business as a veterinary retail facility without first obtaining a license from the board of pharmacy.\n(2) The board of pharmacy shall prescribe the license application form.\n(3) An application or renewal application must be accompanied by a fee set by board rule.\n(4) A license must be renewed annually.\n(5) Separate applications and separate permits are required for each veterinary retail facility opened, established, operated, or maintained by the same owner and for a change of location, name, or ownership of an existing veterinary retail facility.\n(6) The board may adopt rules to implement this section.","path":["TITLE 37.
