{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-27-202","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-27-202","heading":"Examination -- preparation -- requirements.","body":"(1) An examination for a license to practice direct-entry midwifery must be prepared by a national testing agency approved by the board.\n(2) Examinations must be conducted once each year, be fair and impartial, and be sufficiently comprehensive to adequately test the applicant's competence and ability.\n(3) In order to be licensed, a person must attain a passing grade on the examination, as set by the board.\n(4) A person who fails to achieve a passing grade on the examination may not engage in the practice of midwifery.","path":["TITLE 37.
