{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-3-803","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-3-803","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:\n(1) \"Eligible individual\" means an individual who is:\n(a) enrolled in the medicare program;\n(b) enrolled in the medical assistance program provided for in Title 53, chapter 6; or\n(c) uninsured and whose family income does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty level.\n(2) \"Health care\" has the meaning provided in 50-16-504.\n(3) \"Health care facility\" has the meaning provided in 50-5-101.","path":["TITLE 37.
