{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-31-102","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-31-102","heading":"Exemptions.","body":"The provisions of this chapter do not prohibit:\n(1) service in case of emergency or domestic administration without compensation;\n(2) services by persons authorized under the laws of this state to practice dentistry, the healing arts, or mortuary science;\n(3) barbering, cosmetology, or esthetics services, including the application of masks, makeup, or other theatrical devices, in the course of or incidental to a theatrical or other visual arts production, including television or motion pictures, by persons employed or under contract to provide these services;\n(4) barbering services performed at a correctional facility listed in 53-30-101 that is operated by or under contract with the department of corrections or a detention center as defined in 7-32-2241; or\n(5) services by an individual who engages only in natural hair braiding.","path":["TITLE 37.
