{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-49-104","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-49-104","heading":"Department powers and duties -- rulemaking.","body":"(1) The department shall:\n(a) license and renew the licenses of qualified applicants; and\n(b) adopt rules related to:\n(i) eligibility requirements and competency standards;\n(ii) license fees; and\n(iii) defining unprofessional conduct that is not included in 37-1-410.\n(2) The department may:\n(a) adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter; and\n(b) establish licensure requirements and procedures as appropriate.","path":["TITLE 37.
