An appraisal management company may designate a controlling person of the company as the contact individual.\n(2) The contact individual designated pursuant to subsection (1):\n(a) must hold a license or certificate to act as an appraiser in at least one state;\n(b) must not have had a license or certificate to act as an appraiser refused, denied, canceled, revoked, or surrendered in lieu of a pending revocation in any state unless the license or certificate was subsequently granted or reinstated;\n(c) must be of good moral character, as determined by the board; and\n(d) shall submit to a background examination as determined by the board.","path":["TITLE 37.
