{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-67-204","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-67-204","heading":"Record of proceedings -- register of applicants.","body":"(1) The department shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of the board's proceedings.\n(2) The department shall keep a register of applicants for licensure, which must show:\n(a) the name, age, and residence of each applicant;\n(b) the date of the application;\n(c) the place of business of the applicant;\n(d) the applicant's educational and other qualifications;\n(e) the branch or branches of engineering in which the applicant qualified;\n(f) whether an examination was required;\n(g) whether the applicant was rejected;\n(h) whether a license was granted;\n(i) the date of the action of the board; and\n(j) other information considered necessary by the board.\n(3) The records of the department are prima facie evidence of the proceedings of the board, and a transcript of the proceedings, certified by the department, is admissible in evidence as if the original were produced.","path":["TITLE 37.
