{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-72-301","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-72-301","heading":"General qualifications.","body":"A person making initial application to the department for a license as a construction blaster shall:\n(1) pay an application fee to the department; and\n(2) furnish proof under oath, on a form provided by the department, that the person:\n(a) is at least 18 years of age;\n(b) is of good moral character;\n(c) has not been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving the use of explosives;\n(d) is not addicted to narcotic drugs or intemperate in the use of alcohol; and\n(e) has satisfied the requirements for training and experience in construction blasting established by 37-72-302 and the rules of the department.","path":["TITLE 37.
