{"data":{"id":"us-mt/37-77-102","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"37-77-102","heading":"(Temporary) License requirements.","body":"(1) Beginning January 1, 2027, a person may not practice as a doula unless licensed under Title 37, chapters 1 and 77.\n(2) The department shall license a person as a doula if the person pays the fees prescribed by the department and:\n(a) submits a completed application as required by the department;\n(b) satisfactorily completes competencies that meet the requirements established by the department by rule;\n(c) has not engaged in unprofessional conduct as defined in 37-1-410; and\n(d) is not currently subject to any disciplinary proceedings.\n(3) The department may issue a limited license to qualified individuals engaged in supervised professional experience as defined by rule.
