{"data":{"id":"us-mt/39-51-2510","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"39-51-2510","heading":"Total extended benefit amount.","body":"The total extended benefit amount payable to an eligible individual with respect to that individual's applicable benefit year must be the least of the following amounts:\n(1) 50% of the total amount of regular benefits that were payable to the individual under this chapter in the individual's applicable benefit year;\n(2) 13 times the individual's weekly benefit amount that was payable to the individual under this chapter for a week of total unemployment in the individual's applicable benefit year; or\n(3) 39 times the individual's weekly benefit amount, less the amount of regular benefits paid or considered paid during the individual's applicable benefit year.","path":["TITLE 39.
