{"data":{"id":"us-mt/41-3-131","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"41-3-131","heading":"Rulemaking authority -- management of court-ordered child support.","body":"(1) The department shall adopt rules necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.\n(2) The department shall adopt rules to manage court-ordered child support to the state for children entering foster care as provided for in 41-3-446. Rules to manage child support:\n(a) may not have any adverse effects on the child; and\n(b) may not impede successful achievement of the child's permanency plan.","path":["TITLE 41.
