{"data":{"id":"us-mt/41-5-113","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"41-5-113","heading":"Restrictions on use of funds.","body":"(1) Funds available to a judicial district under 41-5-130, 41-5-132, or 41-5-2012 may not be used to:\n(a) pay salary, benefits, or training costs of a federal, state, or county employee;\n(b) purchase items for a federal, state, or county agency that the agency would normally provide for its employees;\n(c) support a program or service previously paid for by another source, except as provided in subsection (2); or\n(d) construct or remodel a physical structure.\n(2) Available funds may be used to support a program providing direct services to youth that was previously funded through grant money if the program's demonstrated outcomes resulted in a reduction in out-of-home placements.\n(3) A judicial district shall comply with state procurement laws when expending available funds.","path":["TITLE 41.
