{"data":{"id":"us-mt/41-5-1210","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"41-5-1210","heading":"Information to be collected by juvenile probation officer or assessment officer.","body":"The juvenile probation officer or assessment officer shall collect the following information regarding a youth:\n(1) biographical data;\n(2) a description of prior and current offenses, including criminal history;\n(3) a listing of known or suspected associates;\n(4) any gang or drug involvement;\n(5) field investigation data;\n(6) motor vehicle ownership and offense data, if any;\n(7) whether the youth is a suspect in other criminal investigations;\n(8) history of any victimization of others by the youth;\n(9) the youth's status offense history;\n(10) existence of active warrants;\n(11) school, employment, and family histories;\n(12) social and medical services histories; and\n(13) prior conduct in a youth detention or correctional facility, if any.","path":["TITLE 41.
