{"data":{"id":"us-mt/45-5-712","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"45-5-712","heading":"Evidence in cases of sex trafficking, aggravated sex trafficking, or child sex trafficking.","body":"(1) In a case that involves a question of whether a place is a house of prostitution, evidence of the following, in addition to all other admissible evidence, is admissible:\n(a) the general reputation of the place;\n(b) the reputations of the place's residents and the nonresidents who frequent the place; and\n(c) the frequency, timing, and duration of visits by nonresidents.\n(2) Testimony of a person against the person's spouse is admissible under 45-5-702, 45-5-706, or 45-5-711.","path":["TITLE 45.
