{"data":{"id":"us-mt/45-7-204","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"45-7-204","heading":"False alarms to agencies of public safety.","body":"(1) A person commits an offense under this section if the person knowingly causes a false alarm of fire or other emergency to be transmitted to or within any organization, official or volunteer, that deals with emergencies involving danger to life or property.\n(2) A person convicted of an offense under this section shall be fined not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for any term not to exceed 6 months, or both.","path":["TITLE 45.
