{"data":{"id":"us-mt/45-9-113","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"45-9-113","heading":"Criminal possession of imitation dangerous drug with the purpose to distribute -- penalty.","body":"(1) A person commits the offense of criminal possession of an imitation dangerous drug with the purpose to distribute if the person possesses with the purpose to distribute any imitation dangerous drug.\n(2) A person convicted of criminal possession of an imitation dangerous drug with the purpose to distribute shall be imprisoned in the state prison for a term of not more than 5 years and may be fined not more than $50,000.\n(3) A person under 18 years of age convicted of a first violation under this section is presumed to be entitled to a deferred imposition of sentence.","path":["TITLE 45.
