{"data":{"id":"us-mt/49-2-210","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"49-2-210","heading":"Enforcement.","body":"(1) When a possible violation of this chapter comes to the attention of the department, the commissioner may initiate a complaint on behalf of the department. The complaint must be signed by the commissioner.\n(2) A person is not subject to penalties under this chapter if compliance with the provisions of this chapter would cause the person to violate the provisions of another state law.","path":["TITLE 49.
