The consumer counsel must have the following minimum qualifications and additional qualifications that the committee determines appropriate:\n(1) a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with a major or minor in accounting or allied fields;\n(2) be admitted to practice law in Montana courts and in the United States district court for the state of Montana.","path":["TITLE 5.
