{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-19-311","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-19-311","heading":"MIAMI project.","body":"(1) There is a MIAMI project established in the department.\n(2) Under the project, the department shall provide the following services:\n(a) infant mortality review;\n(b) morbidity review of births involving low birthweight babies;\n(c) low birthweight prevention;\n(d) assistance to low-income women and infants in gaining access to prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum care;\n(e) referral of low-income women and children to other programs to protect the health of women and children, including:\n(i) supplemental food programs for women, infants, and children;\n(ii) family planning services; and\n(iii) other maternal and child health programs;\n(f) public education and community outreach to inform the public on:\n(i) the importance of receiving early prenatal care;\n(ii) the need for good health habits during pregnancy; and\n(iii) the availability of special services for pregnant women and for children.","path":["TITLE 50.
