{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-20-711","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-20-711","heading":"Criminal penalties.","body":"(1) A person who purposely or knowingly or negligently violates any provision of this part is guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall be fined an amount not to exceed $50,000, be imprisoned in a state prison for a term not to exceed 20 years, or both. As used in this section, \"purposely\", \"knowingly\", and \"negligently\" have the meanings provided in 45-2-101.\n(2) A criminal penalty may not be assessed against the pregnant woman on whom the chemical abortion is attempted or performed.","path":["TITLE 50.
