{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-31-511","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-31-511","heading":"Cell-cultured edible product -- prohibition -- rulemaking authority -- definition.","body":"(1) It is unlawful for a person to manufacture for sale, sell, hold or offer for sale, or distribute cell-cultured edible product in this state.\n(2) The department may adopt rules to implement this section.\n(3) As used in 50-31-512 and this section, the following definitions apply:\n(a) \"Cell-cultured edible product\" has the same meaning as provided in 50-31-103.\n(b) \"Retail food establishment\" has the same meaning as provided in 50-50-102.","path":["TITLE 50.
