{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-50-108","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-50-108","heading":"Violation -- misdemeanor.","body":"A person who purposefully or knowingly violates provisions of this chapter or rules adopted by the department under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, the person shall be:\n(1) fined not less than $50 or more than $100 for the first offense;\n(2) fined not less than $75 or more than $200 for the second offense;\n(3) fined not less than $200 and imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 90 days for the third offense and subsequent offenses.","path":["TITLE 50.
