{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-6-310","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-6-310","heading":"Notice and hearing required.","body":"(1) The department may not deny or cancel a license without:\n(a) delivery to the applicant or licensee of a written statement of the grounds for the denial or cancellation or the charge involved;\n(b) an opportunity to answer at a hearing before the department to show cause, if any, why the license should not be denied or canceled.\n(2) The licensee shall make written request to the department for a hearing within 10 days after notice of the grounds or charges has been received.","path":["TITLE 50.
