{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-6-324","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-6-324","heading":"Advisory committee.","body":"(1) The department may establish an advisory committee to assist in making determinations regarding:\n(a) a request for waiver of licensing requirements as provided in 50-6-325;\n(b) the resolution of a complaint as described in 50-6-323; and\n(c) issuance of an order authorized under this part.\n(2) The advisory committee must be established pursuant to rules adopted by the department.","path":["TITLE 50.
