{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-6-502","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-6-502","heading":"Requirements for AED use.","body":"In order for an entity to use or allow the use of an automated external defibrillator, the entity shall:\n(1) provide written notice of where the AED is to be placed to the public safety answering point for the jurisdiction where the AED is located;\n(2) maintain, test, and operate the AED according to the manufacturer's guidelines and maintain written records of all maintenance and testing performed on the AED; and\n(3) each time an AED is used for an individual in cardiac arrest, require that an emergency medical service is summoned to provide assistance as soon as possible.","path":["TITLE 50.
