{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-61-119","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-61-119","heading":"Violation of chapter a misdemeanor.","body":"(1) Any person failing, neglecting, or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50.\n(2) Each day's failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, after the expiration of the time stipulated in the written notice provided for herein, shall constitute a separate offense.","path":["TITLE 50.
