{"data":{"id":"us-mt/50-9-505","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"50-9-505","heading":"Statewide education and outreach program.","body":"(1) The attorney general shall design, maintain, and administer a public education and outreach program to be conducted throughout the state pertaining to advance health care planning and end-of-life health care decisionmaking.\n(2) The program must be designed to:\n(a) increase the public's awareness of the importance of planning for end-of-life health care;\n(b) improve the public's understanding of the various health situations that an individual may face if the individual is unable to express the individual's health care wishes; and\n(c) explain the need for readily available legal documents that express an individual's health care wishes.","path":["TITLE 50.
