{"data":{"id":"us-mt/52-2-1005","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"52-2-1005","heading":"Program costs -- annual report.","body":"(1) The costs incurred by the Montana early childhood account board in administering the programs described in 52-2-1003 must be paid for with money from the Montana early childhood account provided for in 52-2-1002. The board shall keep costs to a minimum and use existing office space, personnel, equipment, and supplies of the department of public health and human services to the extent possible.\n(2) (a) By September 1 of each year, the department shall provide a written report to the children, families, health, and human services interim committee in accordance with 5-11-210.\n(b) The report must include the following information for each program or grant:\n(i) the project or activity for which it was awarded;\n(ii) the amount of the grant;\n(iii) proposed and actual uses of grant funds;\n(iv) the duration; and\n(v) its recipient.","path":["TITLE 52.
