{"data":{"id":"us-mt/52-2-734","jurisdiction":"us-mt","citation":"52-2-734","heading":"Fire safety -- certification required.","body":"(1) The state fire prevention and investigation section of the department of justice shall adopt and enforce rules for the protection of children in day-care centers from fire hazards and arrange for any inspections and investigations it considers necessary.\n(2) Before a license can be issued to operate a day-care center, each applicant shall submit to the department a certificate of approval from the state fire prevention and investigation section of the department of justice indicating compliance with fire safety rules.","path":["TITLE 52.
